का.आ. 116( अ ) केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 के खण्ड ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से, सचिव, राजस्व, एन सी हिल्स ओटोनोमस काउंसिल, हफलोंग , असम को नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट असम राज्य के एन सी हिल्स ओटोनोमस काउंसिल, जिले में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग सं. 54.के 66.00 कि.मी. से 244.00 कि.मी. ( लुमडिंग- मईबोंग- हरनगाजो सेक्शन ) तक के भूखण्ड की बाबत ( बाईपास का संनिर्माण और संरेखण , यदि कोई है , सहित ) निर्माण, अनुरक्षण , प्रबंधन और प्रचालन के लिए उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन ऐसे सक्षम प्राधिकारी के कृत्यों का पालन करने के लिए सक्षम प्राधिकारी प्राधिकृत करती है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 28th January, 2005
S.O. 116 ( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( a ) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956 ), the Central Govemment hereby authorizes the Secretary , Revenue , N.C. Hills Autonomous Council , Haflong, Assam as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette in respect of the stretch of land from Km. 66.00 to KJH . 244.00 ( Lumding -Maibong- Harangajo Section) for building. maintenance , management and operation of National Highway No. 54 (including construction of by -pass and realignment , if any ) in N.C.
