का.आ. 363 (अ) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार, बीड़ी कर्मकार कल्याण उपकर अधिनियम, 1976 ( 1976 का 56 ) की धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के श्रम और रोजगार मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 316( अ) , तारीख 14 मार्च, 2005 को, उन बातों के सिवाय अधिक्रांत करते हुए, जिन्हेंऐसे अधिक्रमण से पूर्व किया गया है या करने का लोप किया गया है, विनिर्मित प्रति एक हजार बीड़ियों के लिए पांच रुपए की दर को, उस दर के रूप में नियत करती है , जिस पर उत्पाद शुल्क, तारीख 1. अप्रैल , 2006 से बीड़ी कर्मकार कल्याण निधि अधिनियम, 1976 (1976 का 62 ) के प्रयोजनों के लिए उपकर के रूप में उद्‌गृहीत और संगृहीत किया जाएगा ।

New Delhi , the 17th March, 2006

S.O. 363 (E) . In exercise ofthe powers conferred by sub- section ( 1) of Section 3 of the Beedi Workers Welfare Cess Act, 1976 (56 of 1976) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry ofLabour andEmployment, No. S.O. 316 (E) dated the 14th March, 2005 except as respects things done or omittedto bedonebefore such supersession, the Central Government hereby fixes the rate of rupees five per thousand of manufactured beedis , as the rate at which the duty ofexcise shall be levied and collected by way of cess for the purposes of the Beedi Workers Welfare Fund Act , 1976 (62of 1976) with effect from the 1st day ofApril, 2006.
