फा. सं. 01 /92/180/ 133/एएम 06/पीसी-2.-विदेश व्यापार नीति, 2004-2009 के पैराग्राफ 2.4 के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए महानिदेशक, विदेश व्यापार, प्रक्रिया पुस्तक ( खण्ड 1 ) में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं :
( 1 ) परिशिष्ट 22ग- परियोजना प्राधिकारी द्वारा जारी भुगतानों के प्रमाणपत्र के प्ररूप में शर्त ( क ) के नीचे निम्नलिखित को जोड़ा जाएगा:-
" आर्थिक कार्य विभाग , वित्त मंत्रालय द्वारा यथा अधिसूचित बहुपक्षीय अथवा द्विपक्षीय एजेंसियों/ निधियों द्वारा वित्त पोषित परियोजनाओं से माल और उपकरण ( टर्नकी परियोजनाओं की एकल जिम्मेवारी ) की आपूर्ति और स्थापना की प्रक्रिया के अनुसार अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय प्रतिस्पर्धा बोली के तहत उन एजेंसियों/निधियों, जिनकी बोलियां विदेश में विनिर्मित माल हेतु सुपुर्दगी शुल्क भुगतान ( डिलिवर्ड ड्यूटी पेड ) मूल्यों के आधार पर मूल्यांकित और निमंत्रित की गई हैं ।"
(2) परिशिष्ट 27ग- परियोजना प्राधिकारी प्रमाणपत्र के प्ररूप में शर्त ( क ) के नीचे निम्नलिखित को जोड़ा जाएगा:

इसे लोकहित में जारी किया जाता है ।

PUBLIC NOTICE

F. No. 01 /92/ 180/ 133/ АМ06/ РС- II .-In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009 , the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Handbook of Procedures Vol . I :
(1) In Appendix 22C- Format of Certificate ofpayments issued by the project authority, the following shall be addedbelow condition ( a) :--
"Supply and installation of goods and equipment (single responsibility of turnkey contracts) to projects financed by multilateral or bilateral agencies / funds as notified by Deptt . of Economic Affairs , Ministry of Finance under International Competitive Bidding in accordance with the procedures of those agencies/ funds, which the bids may have been invited and evaluated on the basis of Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) prices for the goods manufactured abroad. "
(2) In Appendix 27C- Format ofproject authority certificate , the following shall be added below condition ( a): --
"Supply and installation of goods and equipment (single responsibility of turnkey contracts) to projecis financed by multilateral or bilateral agencies / funds as notified by Deptt. of Economic Affairs , Ministry of Finance under International Competitive Bidding in accordance with the procedures of those agencies/ funds, which the bids may have been invited and evaluated on the basis of Delivered Duty Paid ( DDP) prices for the goods manufactured abroad."
This issues in the public interest .
