का.आ. 365 ( अ ) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार, विदेशियों विषयक आदेश, 1948 की उप- धारा (2 ) के अनुसरण में, उप केन्द्रीय आसूचना अधिकारी, आप्रवासन चैक पोस्ट, मुनाबाओ के प्रभारी अधिकारी को इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से, उक्त आदेश के प्रयोजन के लिए राजस्थान राज्य के मुनाबाओ स्थित आप्रवासन चैक पोस्टके लिए, " सिविल प्राधिकारी " नियुक्त करती है ।

New Delhi , the 20th March, 2006
S.O. 365(E) . In pursuance of sub - clause (2) of clause 2 of the Foreigners Order , 1948 , the Central Government hereby appoints the Deputy Central Intelligence Officer , Officer in -Charge ofImmigration Check Post, Munabao as the " Civil Authority" for the purpose of said Order for the immigration check post located at Munabao in the State of Rajasthan from the date of publication of the Notification.
