सं. 490/0089/का.वि.: औ.सं.प्र. ( अ )/4 पी.-बैंककारी कम्पनी ( उपक्रमों का अर्जन और अंतरण ) अधिनियम, 1970 ( 1970 का 5 ) की धारा 12 की उप- धारा ( 2 ) के साथ पठित, धारा 19 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, सिंडिकेट बैंक का निदेशक मंडल, भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक से परामर्श करके तथा केन्द्र सरकार की पूर्व मंजूरी से, बैंक ( अधिकारी ) सेवा विनियम , 1979 में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करता है , अर्थात्: -
No. 490/0089/PD : IRD(O)/4P.-In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 19 read with Sub - section (2) ofSection 12 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer ofUndertakings) Act, 1970 (5 of 1970) , the Board ofDirectors of Syndicate Bank in consultation with the Reserve Bank of India and with the previous sanction of the Central Government , hereby makes the following amendments to the Bank ( Officers ' ) Service Regulations , 1979 , namely :-
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ ( 1 ) ये विनियम बैंक ( अधिकारी ) सेवा ( संशोधन ) विनियम , 2005 कहलाएंगे ।
1. Short title and Commencement : ---( 1 ) These regulations may be called the Bank (Officers ') Service (Amendment) Regulations , 2005.
(2) ये विनियम सरकारी राजपत्र में अपने प्रकाशन की तारीख से लागू होंगे।
(2) These regulations shall come into force on the dateoftheir publication in the Official Gazette.
2. सिंडिकेट बैंक ( अधिकारी ) सेवा विनियम, 1979 में विनियम 6 के उप- विनियम ( 2) के लिए निम्नलिखित उप- विनियम प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा अर्थात्: - 6
2. In the Syndicate Bank (Officers ') Service Regulations , 1979, for sub - regulation (2) ofregulation 6, the following sub - regulation shall be substituted, namely :-
" ( 2 ) उप- विनियम ( 1 ) के अंतर्गत आने वाले पदों के प्रवर्गीकरण
के प्रयोजन के लिए, बैंक की प्रत्येक शाखा बैंक के बोर्ड द्वारा अनुमोदित किए जाने वाले मानदण्डों के अनुसार वर्गीकृत की जाएगी । "
"(2) For the purpose ofcategorization ofposts under sub-regulation ( 1 ) , every branch of the bank shall be classified by the Bank, in accordance with the criteria to be approved by the Board ofthe Bank. " अलेन सी. ए. पिरेरा, महा प्रबंधक ( का)
