का.आं. 1767( अ).-बैंककारी कंपनी ( उपक्रमों का अर्जन एवं अंतरण ) और वित्तीय संस्थान विधि ( संशोधन ) अधिनियम , 2006 (2006 का 45 ) की धारा 1 की उप- धारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार, अक्तूबर , 2006 की 16 तारीख को , उक्त अधिनियम के सभी उपबंधों को लागू करने की तारीख के रूप में घोषणा करती है ।

S.O. 1767 (E) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- clause (2) of Section 1 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings ) and Financial Institution Laws (Amendment) Act, 2006 (45 of 2006) , the CentralGovernment hereby appoints the sixteenth day of October, 2006, as the date on which all the provisions of the said Act shall come into force .
