आ.अ. 96( अ).-लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 43 ) की धारा 22 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए निर्वाचन आयोग दिनांक 23 मार्च , 2004 कीअपनी अधिसूचना सं. 434/आ.प्र./2004 ( 2 ) में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करता है अर्थात:-
उक्त अधिसूचना से संलग्न सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) में क्रम सं. 3 - बोब्बिली संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के सामने विद्यमान प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर :-
( i) क्रम संख्या 3 पर " विशेष उप कलक्टर ( एन एच) श्रीकाकुलम";
( ii ) क्रम संख्या 4 पर " विशेष उप कलक्टर ( एल ए) चीपुरापल्ली "; और
( iii) क्रम संख्या 7 पर " सहायक परियोजना निदेशक, वेलुगु , विजयानगरम" ;
प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी ।

ELECTION COMMISSION OF INDIA NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 16th October , 2006
O.N. 96(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub -section ( 1) of Section 22 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 (43 of 1951 ) , the Election Commission of India hereby makes the following amendments in its Notification No. 434/AP/2004 ( 2) dated 23rd March , 2004, namely:-
In column (2) of the Table appended to the said Notification, for the existing entry against " 3 -Bobbili Parliamentary Constituency " at :-
(i) Serial No. 3 the entry " Special Deputy Collector , (NH) Srikakulam" ;
( ii) Serial No. 4 the entry " Special Deputy Collector , (LA) Cheepurapalli " ; and
(iii) Serial No. 7 the entry "Assistant Project Director, Velugu; Vizianagaram" .
shall be substituted .
