का.आ. 1775( अ).- मजदूरी संदार्थ अधिनियम, 1936 ( 1936 का 4) की धारा 24 के साथ पठित धारा 14 की उप धारा (3) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा भारत सरकार के श्रम और रोज़गार मंत्रालय की दिनांक 26 दिसम्बर , 2005 की अधिसूचना का.आं. संख्या 1809 (अ. ) का अधिक्रमण करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा निम्नलिखितं तालिका के स्तंभ (2) में अल्लेखित अधिकारियों को उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनार्थ निरीक्षक नियुक्त करती है तथा निदेश देती है कि वे उन खानों , तेल क्षेत्रों तथा वायु परिवहन सेवाओं, जिन पर उक्त अधिनियम लागू होता है, के संबंध में उक्त तालिका के स्तंभ (3) में उनके सामने विनिर्दिष्ट क्षेत्र की स्थानीय सीमाओं के भीतर अपने कार्य करेंगे , अर्थात्: -

S.O. 1775 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (3 ) of section 14 read with section 24 of the Payment of Wages Act, 1936 (4 of 1936) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour and Employment number S.O.1809 (E) , dated the 26th December , 2005 , the Central Government hereby appoints the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Table below to be Inspectors for the purposes of the said Act and directs that they shall exercise their functions within the local limits of the area specified against them in column (3) of the said Table in respect of mines , oilfields and air transport services to which the said Act applies , namely: -
