का.आ. 1793(अ) . केन्द्रीय सरकार , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 के खण्ड ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , और भारत सरकार के पोत परिवहन , सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय ( सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग विभाग ) की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 645 ( अ ) , तारीख 31 मई, 2004 , जहां तक यह अधिसूचना इसमें शामिल ' भूखण्ड' , ' जिला', ' तालुक/मण्डल' , ' पुलिस थाना' , और ' गांव ' से संबंधित है , उन बातों को छोड़कर , जो ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पहले कर ली गई हैं अथवा करने से लोप कर दी गई हैं, का अधिक्रमण करते हुए आंध्र प्रदेश राज्य में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग सं. 7 का बाईपास और सरेखण , यदि कोई हैं, सहित निर्माण (चौड़ा करने ) के लिए उक्त अनुसूची के स्तंभ ( 4 ) , ( 5 ) , ( 6 ) और ( 7 ) में क्रमशः उल्लिखित जिलों , तालुकों, पुलिस थानों और गाँवों से संबंधित उक्त अनुसूची के स्तंभ (3 ) की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट भूखण्ड के संबंध में इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से नीचे दी गई अनुसूची के स्तंभ ( 2 ) में उल्लिखित अधिकारियों को उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन ऐसे सक्षम प्राधिकारी के कृत्यों का पालन करने के लिए सक्षम प्राधिकारी प्राधिकृत करती है।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 13th October , 2006
S.O. 1793 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a ) of section 3 of the National Highways Act , 1956 (48 of 1956 ) , and in supersession of the notification of the Govemment of India in the Ministry of Shipping , Road Transport and Highways ( Department of Road Transport and Highways ) , number S.O.645 ( E ) , dated the 31st May ; 2004, in so far as it relates to the ' stretch of land' 'District ' , ' Taluk/ Mandal ' , ' Police Station ' and 'Village ' covered by this notification except as respects things done or omitted to done before such supersession , the Central Government hereby authorises the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule below as the competent authorities to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette , in respect of the stretch of land specified in the corresponding entry in column (3 ) of the said Schedule relatingto districts , taluks , police stations and villages mentioned in columns (4) , ( 5) , (6) and ( 7) , respectively , of the said Schedule , for building ( widening ) , including construction of bypass and realignments , if any, of the National Highway No. 7 in the State of Andhra Pradesh.
