नई दिल्ली, 23 अक्तूबर , 2006 सं. 111 /2006-सीमाशुल्क
सा.का.नि. 659(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 52) की धारा 25 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोक हित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है , भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय (राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. 21/2002- सीमाशुल्क , तारीख 1 मार्च , 2002 , सा.का. नि 118 (अ ) , तारीख 1 मार्च , 2002 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है अर्थात्: -
G.S.R. 659(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department ofRevenue) , No. 21/2002- Customs , dated the 1st March, 2002 which was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, vide number G.S.R. 118 (E) , datedthe 1stMarch , 2002, namely:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में , प्रस्तावना में, परंतुक में, खंड (झ ) में, शब्द और अंक " 1 नवम्बर , 2006 " के स्थान पर शब्द और अंक " 1 जनवरी , 2007 " प्रतिस्थापित किये जायेंगे।
In the said notification, in the preamble , in the proviso, in clause (j ) , for the words and figures " 1st day of November , 2006", the words and figures " 1st day of January, 2007" shall be substituted .

टिप्पण:मूल अधिसूचना सा.का.नि. 118 ( अ ) , तारीख 1 मार्च, 2002 द्वारा भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई थी , और उसमें अंतिम संशोधन अधिसूचना सं. 104/2006- सीमाशुल्क, तारीख 5 अक्तूबर , 2006, सा.का.नि. 620 (अ ) , तारीख 5 अक्तूबर, 2006 द्वारा किया गया था ।
Note: The principal notification was published vide number G.S.R. 118 (E) , dated the 1st March , 2002 and was last amended by notification No. 104/2006- Customs , dated the 5th October, 2006 which was published vide number G.S.R. 620 (E ) , dated the 5th October , 2006.
