का.आ. 1809(अ) .-केंद्रीय सरकार , भारतीय चिकित्सा केंद्रीय परिषद् अधिनियम, 1970 ( 1970 का 48) की धारा 14 की उपधारा (2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केंद्रीय भारतीय चिकित्सा परिषद् से परामर्श करने के पश्चात्, उक्त अधिनियम की द्वितीय अनुसूची में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्: --
आयुर्वेद और सिद्ध विषयक उक्त अनुसूची के भाग- I में, "जम्मू व कश्मीर" शीर्षक के नीचे, क्रमांक 25 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के बाद निम्नलिखित क्रमांक और प्रविष्टियां अंतःस्थापिंत की जाएंगी, अर्थात्: -

S.O. 1809 (E).-- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (2) of section 14 of the Indian Medicine Central Council Act, 1970 (48 of 1970 ) , the Central Government, after consulting the Central Council of Indian Medicine , hereby makes the following further amendments in the Second Schedule to the said Act , namely: -
In part 1 of the said Schedule relating to " AYURVEDA and SIDDHA" , under the heading "Jammu and Kashmir " , after serial number 25 and the entries relating thereto , the following serial number and the entries shall be inserted, namely: -
