का.आ. 1810(अ) .-हज समिति अधिनियम, 2002 (2002का 35 ) की धारा 7 की उपधारा ( 5 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियोंका प्रयोग करते हुए 21 सितम्बर , 2006 को आयोजित हज समिति की बैठक में भारतीय हज समिति के अध्यक्ष के रूप में श्री इकबाल अहमद सरदगी की , उपाध्यक्ष के रूप में श्री हसन अहमद और प्रो . अली कुट्टी मुसलियार के चयन को एतद्वारा अधिसूचित किया जाता है ।

In exercise of the powers conferredby sub-section (5) of Section 7 of the Haj Committee Act, 2002 (35 of 2002) , the election of Shri Iqbal Ahmed Saradgi as Chairman , Shri Hasan Ahmed as Vice - Chairman and Prof. Ali Kutty Musliyar as Vice-Chairman of the Haj Committee ofIndia in the meeting of the Haj Committee held on September 21 , 2006, is hereby notified.
