का.आ. 1811 (अ).-मसाला बोर्ड नियमावली , 1987'के नियम 4 और 5 के साथ पठित मसाला बोर्ड अधिनियम, 1986 ( 1986 का 10 ) की धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा भारत सरकार , वाणिज्य विभाग की दिनांक 26 फरवरी , 1987 की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 123 (अ ) में आगे और निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है अर्थात्: -
1. उक्त अधिसूचना में, क्र.सं. 4 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात्: -

" 4. श्री के.पी. के. कुमारन
संसद सदस्य, राज्य सभा
(वह 24 जुलाई, 2007 तक पद धारित करेंगे ) " [नियम 4 के उप - नियम ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( ख) के तहत नियुक्त]
2. यह अधिसूचना सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से लागू होगी ।

टिप्पणीः- मसाला बोर्ड का गठन आरंभ में 26 फरवरी , 1987 की अधिसूचना सं. का. आ. 123 ( अ ) के तहत किया गया था और उसका पुनर्गठन 2 जुलाई , 2002 की अधिसूचना सं. का . आ. 683 ( अ ) के तहत किया गया था और बाद में निम्नलिखित अधिसूचना संख्याओं द्वारा उसमें संशोधन किया गया :
1. का. आ. 1235 (अ ) , दिनांक 16-12-2002;
2. का.आ. 110 (अ ) , दिनांक 31-1-2003 ;
3. का. आ. 399 (अ) , दिनांक4-4-2003 ;
4. का. आ. 1038 (अ ) , दिनांक 24-9-2004;
5. का. आ. 79 (अ ) , दिनांक 24-1-2005;
6. का.आ 1159( अ ) , दिनांक 21-7-2006 1

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 23rd October , 2006
S.O. 1811 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (3) of Section 3 of the Spices Board Act, 1986 (10 . of1986) , read with rules 4 and 5 ofthe Spices Board Rules , 1987 , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Department of Commerce number S.O. 123 (E) dated the 26th February, 1987, namely:-
1. In the said notification , for serial number 4 and the entry relating thereto , the following shall be substituted , namely:--

"4. Shri KPK Kumaran MemberofParliament ,
(he shall hold office up to 24th July, 2007 ) " Rajya Sabha
[appointed under clause (b) of sub -rule ( 1) of rule4]
2. This notification shall take effect from the date of publication in the Official Gazette .
