अधिसूचना नई दिल्ली , 25 अक्तूबर , 2006 सं. 43/2006 केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क
सा.का.नि. 664(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार , केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क अधिनियम , 1944 ( 1944 का 1 ) की धारा 5 क की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है , भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय (राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. 4/2006- केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क, तारीख 1 मार्च , 2006 भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण में प्रकाशित सा.का.नि. 94( अ ) , तारीख 1 मार्च , 2006 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
G.S.R. 664 ( E). In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub -section (1) ofSection 5A of the Central Excise Act , 1944 (1 of 1944) , the Central Government , on being satisfied thatit is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department ofRevenue), No. 4/2006-Central Excise, dated the 1st March, 2006 which was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary , vide Number G.S.R. 94(E ) , dated the 1stMarch, 2006 , namely :-
In the said notification , in the Table , after S.No. 86 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries relating thereto shall be inserted, namely :-
उक्त अधिसूचना में , सारणी में, क्रम सं. 86 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित क्रम सं. और प्रविष्टियां अंतः स्थापित की जायेंगी :
