सा.का.नि. 665( अ ).- सूचना का अधिकार अधिनियम , 2005 ( 2005 का 22 ) की धारा 28 की उप- धारा ( 2 ) के खंड ( ii ) तथा (iii ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राज्य सभा के सभापति एतद्वारा राज्य सभा सचिवालय सूचना का अधिकार ( शुल्क तथा लागत का विनियम ) नियमावली , 2005 में और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्: -
1. संक्षिप्त नाम तथा प्रारंभ. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का नाम राज्य सभा सचिवालय सूचना का अधिकार ( शुल्क तथा लागत का विनियमन) संशोधन नियमावली , 2006 है ।
(2) ये शासकीय राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत होंगे ।
2. राज्य सभा सचिवालय सूचना का अधिकार ( शुल्क तथा लागत का विनियमन ) नियमावली , 2005 में -
(क) नियम 3 में, " समुचित पावती " शब्दों के बाद " अथवा मनीआर्डर या भारतीय पोस्टल आर्डर द्वारा " शब्द अंतर्विष्ट किए जाएंगे;
(ख ) नियम 4 में , " समुचित पावती " शब्दों के बाद " अथवा मनीआर्डर या भारतीय पोस्टल आर्डर द्वारा " शब्द अंतर्विष्ट किए जाएंगे;
(ग ) नियम 5 में , " समुचित पावती " शब्दों के बाद " अथवा मनीआर्डर या भारतीय पोस्टल आर्डर द्वारा " शब्द अंतर्विष्ट किए जाएंगे;

G.S.R. 665 (E ). In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (ii ) and ( iii ) of Sub - section (2 ) of Section 28 of the Right to Information Act, 2005 (22 of 2005 ) , the Chairman , Rajya Sabha , hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Rajya Sabha Secretariat Right to Information ( Regulation of Fee and Cost ) Rules , 2005 , namely:-
1. Short title and commencement . ( 1 ) These rules may be called the Rajya Sabha Secretariat Right to Information (Regulation of Fee and Cost ) Amendment Rules , 2006 .
( 2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
2. In the Rajya Sabha Secretariat Right to Information ( Regulation of Fee and Cost ) Rules , 2005
(a) in rule 3 , after the words " proper receipt " , the words " or by Money Order or Indian Postal Order " shall be inserted;
(b) in rule 4, after the words " proper receipt " , the words " or by Money Order or Indian Postal Order " shall be inserted;
(c) in rule 5, after the words " proper receipt " , the words " or by Money Order or Indian Postal Order " shall be inserted;
