New Delhi , the 26th October , 2006
सा.का.नि. 669(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार, जीवन बीमा निगम अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 31 ) की धारा 48 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , जीवन बीमा निगम नियमावली , 1956 में और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है:-
G.S.R. 669(E ) .-In exercise ofthe powers conferred by Section 48 of the Life Insurance Corporation Act, 1956 (31 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Life Insurance CorporationRules , 1956 namely:-
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों को जीवन बीमा निगम ( संशोधन )
नियमावली , 2006 कहा जाएगा ।
(2) ये नियम 28 फरवरी , 2005 से प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. जीवन बीमा निगम नियमावली , 1956 में नियम 3 के उप-नियम ( 2 ) में, " दो वर्ष " शब्दों को " तीन वर्ष " शब्दों से प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा ।
1. (1 ) These rules may be called the Life Insurance Corporation (Amendment) Rules , 2006 .
(2) They shall come into force on the 28th day ofFebruary, 2005 .
2. Inthe Life Insurance Corporation Rules , 1956 in rule 3 , in Sub - rule (2) , for the words " two years " , the words " three years , " shall be substituted.

1. गैर - सरकारी सदस्यों की 28-02-2005 से हुई नियुक्ति, जो तद्नुसार 28 फरवरी , 2005 से संशोधित हुई , के फलस्वरूप ।
1. Consequent upon appointment of non - official members with effect from 28-2-2005 amended accordingly with effect from 28th day of February, 2005 .
2. It is certified that no non- official members of the Board of the Corporation is likely to be affected adversely by the notification being given retrospective effect .
2. प्रमाणित किया जाता है कि निगम के बोर्ड का कोई भी गैर- सरकारी सदस्य प्रतिकूल रूप से प्रभावित नहीं होगा; अधिसूचना को पूर्व तारीख से प्रवृत्त किया जा रहा है ।
