का.आ. 1821 ( अ). जीव जन्तुओं के प्रति क्रूरता निवारण अधिनियम , 1960 ( 1960 का 59) की धारा 5क के उप- खण्ड ( 1 ) और ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार , एतद्वारा भारत सरकार की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 24(अ) दिनांक 5 जनवरी , 2005 और का.आ. 667 ( अ ) , दिनांक 9 मई, 2006 द्वारा यथा संशोधित पर्यावरण एवं वन मंत्रालय की दिनांक 12 अगस्त, 2004 की संख्या का.आ. 918 ( अ ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्: -
अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 918 ( अ ) , दिनांक 12 अगस्त, 2004 में क्रम सं. ( 11 ) और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित क्रम सं. और प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी , अर्थात्

टिप्पणी : भारतीय जीव जन्तु कल्याण बोर्ड का पुनर्गठन करते हुए , इससे पहले दिनांक 12 अगस्त , 2004 को का.आ. 918 (अ ) दिनांक 5 जनवरी , 2005 को का.आ. 24 (अ ) और दिनांक 9 मई, 2006 और का. आ. 667 ( अ ) , द्वारा भारत के राजपत्र में अधिसूचना प्रकाशित की गई थी ।

New Delhi , the 26th October , 2006
S.O. 1821 (E) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - Sections ( 1 ) and (2) of Section 5A of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 (59 of 1960 ) , the Central Government, hereby makes the following amendments in the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry ofEnvironment and Forests Number S.O. 918 (E) , dated 12th August, 2004 as amended vide Notification Number S.O. 24 (E) , dated 5th January, 2005 and Notification Number S.O. 667 (E) , dated 9th May, 2006 , namely:-
In the Notification No. S.O. 918 (E) dated 12th August, 2004 for serial number ( 11 ) and the entry relating thereto, the following serial number and entry shall be substituted , namely :----
