MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department ofCommerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 36th October, 2006 नई दिल्ली, 26 अक्तूबर, 2006
का.आ. 1841( अ ) केन्द्रीय सरकार, निर्यात (क्वालिटी नियंत्रण और निरीक्षण ) नियम , 1964 के साथ पठित निर्यात ( क्वालिटी नियंत्रण और निरीक्षण ) अधिनियम , 1963 ( 1963 का 22 ) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, श्री ओ.पी. आर्य, अपर सचिव , वाणिज्य विभाग को राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना की तारीख से दो वर्ष की अवधि के लिए निर्यात निरीक्षण परिषद् के अध्यक्ष पद पर नियुक्त करती है और इस प्रयोजन के लिए भारत सरकार , वाणिज्य और उद्योग मंत्रालय , वाणिज्य विभाग की 10 जुलाई , 2002 की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 723( अ ) में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
S.O. 1841 (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Export (Quality Control and Inspection) Act, 1963 (22 of 1963), read with rule 3 of the Export (Quality Control and Inspection) Rules , 1964 , the Central Government hereby appoints Shri O.P. Arya , Additional Secretary, Department of Commerce as Chairman of the Export Inspection Council , for a period of two years with effectfrom thedate of publication of this notification in the OfficialGazette,and for that purpose makes following further amendments in notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce number S.O. 723 (E) dated the 10th July, 2002, namely :-
उक्तअधिसूचना में क्रम सं. 1 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित क्रम सं. और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी , अर्थात्
Inthe saidnotification , for serial number 1 and entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted namely:-
" 1. श्री ओ. पी. आर्य, अपर सचिव, वाणिज्य विभाग अध्यक्ष। "
" 1. Shri . O.P. Arya, Additional Secretary , Department ofCommerce-Chairman . "

टिप्पण:- मूल अधिसूचना भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण में सं. का.आ. 723 ( अ) तारीख 10 जुलाई , 2002 द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई थी और तत्पश्चात् सं. का, आ. 3235 तारीख 22 नवंबर , 2003; सं. का.आ. 983( अ ) तारीख 6 सितंबर, 2004; सं. का.आ. 1182 ( अ ) तारीख 26 अक्तूबर, 2004; सं. का.आ. 2941 तारीख 20 नवंबर, 2004; सं. का.आ. 101 ( अ ) तारीख 28 जनवरी , 2005; सं. का.आ. 602( अ.) तारीख 2 मई, 2005 और सं. का.आ. 963 ( अ) तारीख 8 जुलाई , 2005 द्वारा संशोधन किया गया था ।
Note:-The principal notification was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary vide number S.O. 723 (E) dated the 10th July, 2002 and subsequently was amended vide numbers S.O. 3235 , dated the 22nd November, 2003; S.O. 983 (E), dated the 6th September, 2004 ; S.O. 1182(Ε) , dated the 26th October, 2004 ; S.O. 2941 dated the 20th November , 2004; S.O. 101 (E) , dated the 28th January 2005; S.O. 602(E) , dated the 2nd May, 2005 and S.O. 963 (Ε) , datedthe 8th July, 2005.
