नई दिल्ली, 26 अक्तूबर, 2006 सं. 111/2006 ( एन.टी. )-सीमा शुल्क
का.आ. 1843(अ) .-सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 ( 1962 का52) की धारा 14 की उप - धारा ( 3 ) के खण्ड ( क) के उप-खण्ड ( i ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार, वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्वविभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. 107/2006 (एन. टी.)- सीमा शुल्क, दिनांक 26 सितम्बर, 2006 [ का.आ. 1607 ( अ ) , दिनांक 26 सितम्बर, 2006 ] का अधिक्रांत करते हुए निर्यात माल के संबंध में बोर्ड एतद्वारा उक्त धारा के प्रयोजनों के लिए, यह अवधारित करती है की इसके साथ संलग्न अनुसूची- I और अनुसूची- II के स्तम्भ (2 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट प्रत्येक विदेशी करेंसी से भारतीय करेंसी में व भारतीय करेंसी से विदेशी करेंसी में संपरिवर्तन के लिए विनिमय दर 1 नवम्बर , 2006 से वह दर होगी जो उसके स्तम्भ ( 3 ) में, तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि से वर्णित है :-

S.O. 1843 (E) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - clause (i ) of clause ( a) of Sub- section (3 ) of Section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of Indiain theMinistry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 107/2006- NT- Customs , dated the 26th September , 2006 [SO . 1607 (E) , dated the 26th September, 2006] , the Board hereby column (2 ) of each of Schedule- I and Schedule- II appended hereto into Indian currency or vice versa shall , with effect from the 1st November, 2006, determines for the purposes of said section relating to export goods , that the rate of exchange of conversion of each of the foreign currency sepcified in, be the rate mentioned against it in the corresponding entry in column (3) thereof :---
