आ.अ. 101 ( अ ).-लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 43 ) की धारा 22 कीउप- धारा ( 1 ) के उपबन्धों के अनुसरण में, निर्वाचन आयोग , गोवा राज्य में संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों के लिए सहायक रिटर्निंग आफिसरों के लिए नियुक्ति से संबंधित दिनांक 22 जनवरी , 2001 कीअपनी अधिसूचना सं. 434/गोवा- लो.स. /2001 (2 ) में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करता है अर्थात्:
उक्त अधिसूचना से संलग्न सारणी के स्तम्भ 2 में विद्यमान प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर मद सं.1 - पणजी संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के सामने क्रम सं. 4 पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी:

New Delhi , the 12th October , 2006
ON. 101 (E ) . In pursuance to the provisions of Sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 22 of the Representation of People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951 ), the Election Commission hereby directs that following amendment shall be made in its Notification No. 434/GOA- HP/ 2001 (2) dated 22nd January, 2001 relating to the appointment of Assistant Returning Officers for Parliamentary Constituencies in the State of Goa, namely:
In column 2 ofthe Table appended to the said notification against item No. 1-Panaji Parliamentary Constituency , for the existing entry at Sl. No. 4, the following entry shall be substituted:
