सा.का.नि. 675(अ). - तस्कर एवं विदेशी मुद्रा छल साधक ( सम्पत्ति समपहरण ) अधिनियम , 1976 ( 1976 का 13 ) की धारा 12 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार, भारत सरकार , वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की दिनांक 3 जनवरी , 1977 की सं. सा.का.नि. 3 ( अ ) में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है नामतः :-

In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub -section ( 1 ) of Section 12 of the Smugglers and Foreign Exchange Manipulators (Forfeiture of Property) Act, 1976( 13 of 1976 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue ) No.G.S.R. 3 (E) , dated the 3rd January, 1977 , namely :-
उक्त अधिसूचना में " श्री एन. सी. तिवारी " शब्दों और अक्षरों के स्थान पर " श्री बी. के. श्रीवास्तव " शब्दों और अक्षरों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा ।
In the said notification , for the words and letters " Shri N.C.Tiwari " , the words and letters " Shri B.K. Srivastava " shall be substituted .
