का.आ. 1847(अ).-जबकि केन्द्रीय सरकार ने दिनांक 5 जून, 2006 के आदेश सं. ए, 12026/ 16/2005 - प्रशा. 1 द्वारा भारतीय राजस्व सेवा के अधिकारी तथा उस समय मुख्य आयकर आयुक्त, कानपुर के रूप में तैनात श्री बी. के. श्रीवास्तव को समपहृत सम्पत्ति अपील अधिकरण में उनके कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तारीख से सदस्य के रूप में नियुक्त किया है;
S.O. 1847 (E) .-Whereas the Central Government by Order No. A. 12026/16/2005 -AD.I dated the 5th June, 2006, appointed Shri B.K. Srivastava, an officer of the Indian Revenue Service and then posted as a Chief Commissioner of Income Tax, Kanpur, as a Member of the Appellate Tribunal for Forfeited Property with effect from the date he takes over charge;
और जबकि श्री बी. के. श्रीवास्तव ने दिनांक14 सितम्बर ,. 2006 के पूर्वाह्न से उक्त अधिकरण के सदस्य के कार्यालय का प्रभार सम्भाल लिया है
Andwhereas , Shri B.K. Srivastava, assumed charge ofthe office of Member of the said Tribunal in the forenoon ofthe 14th day of September, 2006;
अतएव अब समपहृत सम्पत्ति अपील अधिकरण ( अध्यक्ष और सदस्यों की सेवा शर्तें ) नियमावली , 1978 के नियम 11 के उप- नियम (2 ) के साथ पठित तस्कर और विदेशी मुद्रा छल साधक (सम्पत्ति समपहरण ) अधिनियम , 1976 ( 1976 का 13 ) की धारा 12 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा श्री बी.के. श्रीवास्तव की नियुक्ति को उपर्युक्त अधिकरण के सदस्य के रूप में अधिसूचित करती है ।
Now, Therefore , in exercise ofthe powers conferred by sub - section (1 ) of Section 12 of the Smugglers and Foreign Exchange Manipulators (Forfeiture of Property) Act, 1976 (13 of 1976) , read with sub- rule (2) of Rule 11 of theAppellate Tribunal for Forfeited Property(Conditions of Service of Chairman and Members ) Rules , 1978 , the Central Government hereby notifies the appointment of Shri B.K. Srivastava, as Member of the aforesaid Tribunal.
श्री बी.के . श्रीवास्तव बासठ वर्ष की आयु प्राप्त करने अथवा अगला आदेश होने तक , इनमें से जो भी पहले हो , पद पर बने रहेंगे ।
Shri B.K. Srivastava shall hold office till he attains the age of sixty- two years or until further order , whichever isearlier.

का.आ. 1848(अ).-जबकि केन्द्रीय सरकार ने दिनांक 5 जून, 2006 के आदेश सं. ए. - 12026/ 16/200ए.- 12026/16/2005- प्रशा. 1 द्वारा भारतीय राजस्व सेवा के अधिकारी तथा उस समय मुख्य आयकर आयुक्त, कानपुर के रूप में, तैनात श्री बी.के. श्रीवास्तव को उनके पदभार ग्रहण करने की तारीख से समपहृत सम्पत्ति अपील अधिकरण सदस्य के रूप में नियुक्त किया है ;
और जबकि श्री बी.के. श्रीवास्तव ने दिनांक 14 सितम्बर , 2006के पूर्वाह्न से उक्त अधिकरण के सदस्य के कार्यालय का प्रभार सम्भाल लिया है ।
अवएव अब समपहृत सम्पत्ति अपीलीय अधिकरण (अध्यक्ष और सदस्यों की सेवा शर्तें ) नियमावली , 1989 के नियम 11 , के उप-नियम (2 ) के साथ पठित स्वापक औषिध एवं मनःप्रभावी पदार्थ अधिनियम , 1985 ( 1985 का 61 ) की धारा 68 ढ कीउप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार श्री बी.के. श्रीवास्तव की नियुक्ति को उपर्युक्त अधिकरण के सदस्य के रूप में अधिसूचित करती है ।
श्री बी.के . श्रीवास्तव बासठ वर्ष की आयु प्राप्त करने अथवा आगला आदेश होने तक, इनमें से जो भी पहले हो , पद पर बने रहेंगे ।

Srivastava , as Member of the aforesaid Tribunal .

का.आ. 1849(अ). स्वापक औषधि एवं मनःप्रभावी पदार्थ अधिनियम , 1985 ( 1985 का 61 ) की धारा 68 ढ की उप धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार , भारत सरकार , वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की दिनांक 29 मई , 1989 की अधिसूचना सं.का.आ. 385(अ) में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है नामतः :-
कथित अधिसूचना में " एनः सी तिवारी " शब्दों और अक्षरों के स्थान पर " बी.के. श्रीवास्तव " शब्दों और अक्षरों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा ।

S.O. 1849 (E) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 68N of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (61 of 1985) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India , in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue ) No. S.O. 385 (E) , dated the 29th May, 1989, namely :-
In the said notification, for the words and letters " Shri N.C. Tiwari " , the words and letters " Shri B.K. Srivastava " shall be substituted
