सं. 11-22/2006- नीति ( एनसीएफ ) संशोधित विचारार्थ विषयों और इसकी संरचना के साथ राष्ट्रीय कृषक आयोग का पुनर्गठन करते हुए, दिनांक 20 नवम्बर , 2004 के भारत के राजपत्र (असाधारण) में प्रकाशित इस विभाग के दिनांक 18 नवम्बर , 2004 के संकल्प संख्या 8-2/2003- नीति ( ईएस ) के क्रम में सरकार ने विद्यमान शर्तों पर आयोग का कार्यकाल 31 अक्तूबर , 2006 तक बढ़ाने का निर्णय लिया है ।
2. तथापि आगे यह भी आदेश दिया जाता है कि समापन कार्य को सुकर बनाने के लिए सदस्य सचिव सहित निम्नलिखित पद 31 अक्तूबर , 2006 के बाद और पंद्रह दिनों के लिए बने रहेंगे :

New Delhi, the 30th October, 2006
No.11-22/2006-Policy (NCF) .-Incontinuation of thisDepartment's resolution No. 8-2/2003 -Policy (ES) dated 18th November , 2004 published in the Gazette of India (Extraordinary) dated 20th November , 2004 reconstituting the National Commission on Farmers with the revised Terms ofReference and its Composition, the Government have decided to extend the tenure of the Commission upto 31stOctober , 2006 on the existing terms and conditions.
2. It is further ordered that the following posts including that of mber- Secretary shall, however , continue to exist for another fifteen days beyond 31stOctober, 2006 to facilitate the winding up operation:
