का.आ. 1862(अ) . आपदा प्रबंधन अधिनियम, 2005 (2005 का 53 ) की धारा 42 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार , एतद्वारा 30 अक्तूबर , 2006 से राष्ट्रीय आपदा प्रबंधन संस्थान का गठन करती है ।
[फा. सं. 30/1/2006-एनडीएम- III (ए) ] का.आ. 1861(अ) आपदा प्रबंधन अधिनियम , 2005 (2005 का 53 ) की धारा 1 की उप - धारा ( 3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार , एतद्वारा 30 अक्तूबर , 2006 को उस तारीख के रूप में नियत करती है जिस दिन को उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 7 , 9 , 11 , 12 ,13 , 35 , 36 , 37 , 42, 43,49, 50 , 70 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) एवं धारा 76 प्रवृत्त होंगी ।

S.O. 1862 (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub -section (1) of Section 42 of the Disaster Management Act, 2005 (53 of2005) , the Central Government hereby constitutes the National Institute of Disaster Management with effect from the 30th day of October, 2006 .
S.O. 1861 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - section (3 ) of Section 1 of the Disaster Management Act, 2005 (53 of 2005) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 30th day of October, 2006 as the date on which the provisions of Sections 7 , 9, 11, 12, 13, 35, 36, 37 , 42, 43, 49, 50 , Sub-section (1) of Section 70 and Section 76 of the said Act shall come into force.
