का.आ. 1872(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधिकरण अधिनियम , 1988 ( 1988 का 68 ) की धारा 11 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , नीचे दी गई सारणी के स्तंभ 1 में यथा वर्णित राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग के तत्स्थानी सेक्शन के, जिसका उल्लेख उक्त सारणी के स्तंभ 2 में उसके सामने किया गया है , उक्त सारणी के स्तंभ 3 में विनिर्दिष्ट भू- भाग को भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधिकरण को सौंपती है ।

S.O. 1872 ( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 11 of the National Highways Authority of India Act, 1988 (68 of 1988 ) , the Central Government hereby entrusts the stretch specified in column 3 of the Table below of the corresponding Section as mentioned against it in column 2 of the said Table , of the National Highway as described in column 1 of the said Table , to the National Highways Authority of India .
