आ.अ. 107(अ).-लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 43 ) की धारा 22 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , निर्वाचन आयोग , इसके द्वारा दिनांक 5 दिसम्बर , 2003 कीअपनी अधिसूचना संख्या 434/झार. लो.स./2004 ( 2 ) और समय - समय पर यथा संशोधित नियुक्त अधिकारियों के अतिरिक्त नीचे की सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट सरकार के प्रत्येक अधिकारी को, ऐसे अधिकारियों के सामने उक्त सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 1 ) में यथा- विनिर्दिष्ट झारखण्ड राज्य में संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के रिटर्निंग ऑफिसर की झारखण्ड राज्य से लोक सभा के उप - चुनाव , 2006 के दौरान मतों की गणना में सहायता करने के लिए सहायक रिटर्निंग ऑफिसर के रूप में नियुक्त करता है : -

उपरोक्त संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्र में अतिरिक्त सहायक रिटर्निंग ऑफिसर के रूप में उपर्युक्त अधिकारियों की नियुक्ति , संबंधित संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्र में मतों की गणना सम्पन्न होने पर प्रभावी नहीं रहेगी ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 31st October, 2006
Q.N. 107(E) . In exercise of the power conferred by Sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 22 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 ( 43 of 1951 ) , the Election Commission hereby appoints , in addition to the officers appointed by its NotificationNo. 434/JKD- HP/2004(2), dated 5th December , 2003 , as amended from time to time, each of the officers ofthe Government of Jharkhand as specified in column (2) of the table below as Assistant Returning Officer to assist the Returning Officer of the Parliamentary Constituency in the State of Jharkhand as specified in column (1 ) of the said table against such officers of the Government for counting of votes during the ensuing Bye- election to the Lok Sabha, 2006 in the Jharkhand State :-
