सा.का.नि. 687( अ ) दिनांक 3 मार्च , 2005 की मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना क्यू/सीएडी/ 792 / 1 /2002 के आंशिक संशोधन में भारतीय विदेश सेवा , शाखा ' ख ' ( ग्रेड I में प्रोन्नति ) विनियमावली, 1975 जिसे दिनांक 4 मार्च, 2005 की संख्या सा.का.नि. 155 (अ ) के तहत प्रकाशित किया गया था को संशोधित करते हुए अधिसूचना के उप-पैरा 1 ( 1 ) में संशोधन विनियम के संक्षिप्त नाम को निम्नलिखित पढ़ा जाए :
" 1. ( 1 ) इन विनियमों का नाम भारतीय विदेश सेवा , शाखा ' ख ' ( ग्रेड 1 में प्रोन्नति ) प्रथम संशोधन विनियमावली , 2005 होगा । " ।

G.S.R. 687 (E ) . In partial modification of this Ministry's Notification Q/CAD/792/ 1 / 2002 dated 3rd March, 2005 amending the Indian Foreign Service , Branch 'B ' (Promotion to Grade - I) Regulations , 1975, which were published vide number G.S.R.155 (E ) , dated the 4th March , 2005 , the short title of the amendment regulations in sub - para 1 ( 1 ) of the Notification may be read as:
" 1. ( 1 ) These regulations may be called the Indian Foreign Service , Branch ' B ' (Promotion to Grade-I) First Amendment Regulations , 2005. " .
