का.आ. 1882(अ) .-सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 4 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) और धारा 5 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क एवं सीमा शुल्क बोर्ड एतद्वारा अपर महानिदेशक , राजस्व आसूचना निदेशालय , ' डी' ब्लाक आई.पी. भवन , सातवां तल , आई.पी. एस्टेट , नई दिल्ली द्वारा दिनांक 17 मार्च , 2006 की डी.आर.आई. फा. सं. 50डी/41/2004- सी आई के तहत जारी मैसर्स गुडियाज फैशन्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड, ई-9 , होजखास , नई दिल्ली से संबंधित कारण बताओ नोटिस से संबंधित मामलों के न्यायनिर्णयन के प्रयोजनार्थ सीमा शुल्क आयुक्त, तुतिकोरिन को सीमा शुल्क आयुक्त, न्हावा शेवा पोर्ट , जिला राजगढ़ , मुम्बई के रूप में कार्य करने हेतु नियुक्त करता है और उन्हें पुष्ट अथवा दी गई शक्तियों का प्रयोग करने और कार्यभार के निष्पादन हेतु प्राधिकृत करता है ।

New Delhi , the 1st November, 2006 No. 113/2006 -CUSTOMS (N.T. ) .
S.O. 1882 (E) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 4 and Sub - section ( 1) of Section5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs Tuticorin to act as the Commissioner of Customs , Nhava Sheva Port, District Raigad, Mumbai and authorises him to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed , under the said Act for the purposes of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s . Gudiyas Fashions Private Limited, E- 9 , Hauz Khas , New Delhi issued, vide , DRI F. No. 50D/41/2004- CI , dated the 17th March, 2006 by the Additional Director General, Directorate ofRevenue Intelligence , ' D' Block , I.P. Bhawan, 7th Floor, I.P. Estate, New Delhi.
