का.आ. 1883( अ ). केन्द्र सरकार , पौधा किस्म और कृषक अधिकार संरक्षण अधिनियम, 2001 ( 2001 का 53) की धारा 3 की उपधारा (i ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए (i ) श्री मानवेन्द्र कचोले , प्रमुख जैव प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग , डा.वी.आर. अम्बेडकर विद्यापीठ , औरंगाबाद (महाराष्ट्र) तथा अध्यक्ष , सतकारी संगठन , (ii) डा. रायट्री क्रिसटोफर लालू, मिशन कम्पाउंड जोवाई 793150 जिला जाइन्तिया हिल्स, मेघालय और (iii) डा. एफ.बी. पाटिल , निदेशक ( तकनीकी) , मैसर्स अजीत बीज लि. , चिटगांव -431 105 , औरंगाबाद ( महाराष्ट्र) और सचिव , अखिल भारतीय फसल जैव प्रौद्योगिकी संघ को पौधा किस्म और कृषक अधिकार संरक्षण प्राधिकरण के अशासकीय सदस्य के रूप में नांमनिर्दिष्ट करती है और उस उद्देश्य के लिए भारत सरकार , कृषि मंत्रालय ( कृषि एवं सहकारिता विभाग) का .आ . 1589 (अ) तारीख 11 नवम्बर , 2005 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात:-
अर्थात: - उपर्युक्त अधिसूचना में , प्रविष्टि ( ix) से ( xi ) के स्थान परनिम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां रखी जायेगी ,
( ix) राष्ट्रीय या राज्य स्तरीय कृषक संगठन से प्रतिनिधि

S.O. 1883 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 3 of the Protection of Plant Varieties and Farmers ' Rights Act , 2001 (53 of 2001) , the Central Government hereby nominates ( i) . , Mr. Manvendra Kachole , Head, Department of Biotechnology, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Vidyapeeth , Aurangabad ( Maharashtra) and President, Shetkari Sangathan , ( ii) . Dr. Roytre Christopher Laloo , Mission Compound, Jowai 793 150 , District Jaintia Hills , Meghalaya and ( iii ) . Dr. F.B. Patil , Director ( Technical) , M/ s . Ajeet Seeds Ltd. , Chitegaon 431 105 , Aurangabad ( Maharashtra) and Secretary , All India Crop Biotechnology Association as non - official members of the Protection of Plant Varieties and Farmers' Rights Authority and for that purpose makes the following armendments in the Government of India in the Ministry of Agriculture ( Department of Agriculture & Cooperation) number SO 1589( E) dated the 11th November , 2005, namely: -
