का.आ. 1891 (अ), केन्द्रीय सरकार, भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खंड 3 , उप- खण्ड ( ii ) में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के पोत परिवहन, सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्यांक का.आ. 1372 ( अ) , तारीख 20 सितम्बर , 2005 को अधिक्रांत करते हुए , भारत सरकार के पोत परिवहन , सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्यांक का.आ. 1096( अ) , तारीख 4 अगस्त, 2005 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में, क्रम संख्या 25 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी अर्थात्:-

[ 32.750 किलो मीटर से 254.500 किलो मीटर तक को छोड़कर ( बागडोगरा से पश्चिमी बंगाल/असम ) सीमा , सं. 32 , सं. 60 [ खड़गपुर से रानीगंज तक का भाग और राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग 2 पर उसके जंक्शन से प्रारंभ होने वाला सनीगंज के पास पांडावेसवारा - डुबराजपुर- सिडरी को जोड़ने वाला मोरेग्राम के पास राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग 34 पर इसके जंक्शन पर समाप्त होने वाला राजमार्ग ) ] , सं. 81 जो पश्चिमी बंगाल राज्य में स्थित है और राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या 35 , सं. 55 , सं. 60 क और 117 ( 21.80 किलो मीटर से 137 किलो मीटर जोका से बखाली तक ) ।

प्रभाकर, उप-सचिव ठिप्पण: मूल अधिसूचना भारत के राजपत्र में का.आ. 1096 ( अ ) तारीख 4 अगस्त, 2005 को प्रकाशित की गई थी और तत्पश्चात् उसमें निम्नलिखित अधिसूचनाओं द्वारा संशोधन किए गए:

S.O. 1891 (E) . In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the National Highways Act , 1956 (48 of 1956) , and in supersession of the notification of Government of India , in the Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport and Highways number S.O. 1372(E) , dated the 20th September, 2005 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section ( ii ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of Indial in the Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport and Highways number S.O 1096 (E) , dated the 4th August, 2005, namely
In the Schedule to the said notification, for serial number 25 and the entries relating thereto , the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely :-
