का.आ. 1889(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , वन्य जीव ( संरक्षण ) अधिनियम, 1972 ( 1972 का 53 ) की धारा 38ठ की उप- धारा ( 1 ) और उप - धारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , राष्ट्रीय व्याघ्र संरक्षण प्राधिकरण में निम्नलिखित विशेषज्ञ या वृत्तिक सदस्यों को इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से 3 सितम्बर , 2009 तक की अवधि के लिए नियुक्त करती है और उस प्रयोजन के लिए भारत सरकार के पर्यावरण और वन मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 1403 ( अ ) , तारीख 4 सितम्बर , 2006 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, क्रम सं. 3 से क्रम सं. 10 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्याएं और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी , अर्थात्:-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 2nd November, 2006
S.O. 1889(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - sections ( 1 ) and (2 ) of Section 38L of the Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972 (53 of 1972) , the Central Government hereby appoints the following expert or professional members in the National Tiger Conservation Authority for a period upto 3rd September, 2009 with effect from the date of publication of this notification, and for that purpose makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in theMinistry ofEnvironment and Forests number S.O. 1403 (E), dated the 4th September, 2006, namely :---
In the said notification , for serial numbers 3 to 10 and entries relating thereto , the following serial numbers and entries shall be substituted, namely : ---
