" संविधान के अनुच्छेद 85 के खण्ड ( 1 ) द्वारा मुझे प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , मैं एतद्वारा राज्य संभा को बुधवार, 22 नवम्बर , 2006 को मध्याहन पूर्व 11.00 बजे नई दिल्ली में समवेत होने के लिए आमंत्रित करता हूँ ।
