सं. इको 2/2006--सीईआरसी. वितरण अनुज्ञप्तिधारियों द्वारा ऊर्जा की उपाप्ति के लिए बोली प्रक्रिया द्वारा टैरिफ का अवधारण करने हेतु, मार्गदर्शक सिद्धांत संबंधी ऊर्जा मंत्रालय की तारीख 19-1-2005 की समय - समय पर यथासंशोधित अधिसूचना के खंड 5.6 ( vi ) के अनुसरण में , केन्द्रीय विद्युत विनियामक आयोग बोली मूल्यांकन तत्था संदाय के प्रयोजन के लिए निम्नलिखित दरों को अधिसूचित करती है : - I. बोली मूल्यांकन के लिए वार्षिक वृद्धि दर

2. बोली मूल्यांकन के लिए उपयुक्त की जाने वाली छूट दर 10.60%
3. डालर रुपया विनिमय फेरकार दर ( बोली मूल्यांकन के प्रयोजन के लिए ) 1.07%
4. आयातित कोयले पर आधारित संयंत्रों के लिए ऊर्जा प्रभार के विभिन्नि वृद्धि योग्य उप- संघटक हेतु
वृद्धि दरें ( मूल्यांकन तथा संदाय के लिए पृथक )
4.1 कोयला उप-संघटक के लिए वृद्धि दर 3.46%
4.2 परिवहन उप- संघटक के लिए वृद्धि दर 9.08%
4.3 अंतर्देशीय उठाई - धराई उप- संघटक के लिए वृद्धि दर 5.37%
5. कैप्टिव कोयला खान स्रोत की दशा में सूचकांक ऊर्जा प्रभार को लागू की जाने वाली मुद्रा स्फीति दर 6.61%

No. Eco 2/2006- CERC .-In pursuance of Clause 5.6 ( vi ) of Ministry of Power (MOP ) Notification dated 19-01-2005-(as amended from time to time ) on Guidelines for Determination ofTariff by Bidding Process for Procurement of Power by Distribution Licences , the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission notifies the following rates for the purpose ofbid evaluation and payment :--
