का.आ. 1909 (अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, सूक्ष्म, लघु और मध्यम 'उद्यम विकास अधिनियम, 2006 ( 2006 का 27 ) , जिसे इसमें उक्त अधिनियम कहां गया है, की धारा 8 की उप- धारा ( 3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, महाप्रबंधक, जिला उद्योग केंद्र को अथवा राज्य सरकार या संघ राज्य क्षेत्र प्रशासन के सूक्ष्म , लघु और मध्यम उद्यमों से संबंधित विभाग या निदेशालय में समतुल्य पंक्तिके किसी जिला स्तरीय अधिकारी को , ऐसे प्राधिकाग्री के रूप में विनिर्दिष्ट करती है जिसके पास , ऐसे व्यक्ति द्वारा , जो उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 8 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के खंड ( ख ) में विनिर्दिष्ट सेवाएं प्रदान करने या देने में लगे मध्यम उद्यम की स्थापना करने का आशय रखता है या जिसने पहले ही स्थापना कर ली है, स्वविवेकानुसार ज्ञापन फाइल किया जाएगा ।

NOTIFICATION
NewDelhi , the 7th November, 2006,
S.O. 1909 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub- section (3 ) of Section 8 of the Micro , Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act , 2006 (27 of 2006) herein referred to as the said Act, the Central Government hereby specifies the General Manager, District Industries Centre or any District Level Officer of equivalent rank in the Directorate or the Department dealing with Micro , Small andMedium Enterprises of the State Government or the Union Territory Administration , as the Authority with which the memorandum shall be filed , at his discretion , by a person who intends to establish or has already established a medium enterprise engaged in providing or rendering of services , as specified in clause (b ) of Sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 8 of the said Act .
