आदेश
New Delhi, the 7th November , 2006 नई दिल्ली , 7 नवम्बर, 2006
S.O. 1910(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -paragraph (1) of paragraph 3 and para 11 of the Drugs (Prices Control ) Order , 1995 read with the notification of the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers number S.O. 637 (E) , dated the September 4, 1997, the National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority hereby fixes the price specified in column (4) of the Table given below as the maximum sale price (exclusive of excise duty and local taxes) at which the bulk drug specified in the corresponding entry in column (2) thereof shall be sold.
का.आ. 1910( अ ) राष्ट्रीय औषध मूल्य निर्धारण प्राधिकरण , भारत सरकार के रसायन और उर्वरक मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्यांक का.आ. 637 (अ) तारीख 4 सितम्बर, 1997 के साथ पठित औषध (कीमत नियंत्रण ) आदेश , 1995 के पैरा 3 के उप-पैरा ( 1 ) और पैरा 11 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, नीचे दी गई सारणी के स्तंभ (4 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट कीमत को उक्त सारणी के स्तंभ ( 2 ) में की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट प्रपुंज औषधि का अधिकतम विक्रय कीमत ( उत्पाद शुल्क और स्थानीय कर को छोड़कर ) नियत करती है जिस पर वह बेची जाएगी ।

2.This price shall be made effective within 15days from the date of this order as required under sub . paragraph 91) of paragraph 14 of Drugs (Prices Control ) Order, 1995. The necessary price- list should alsobe issued as required under sub - paragraph (3 ) of paragraph 14of the Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 1995 .
2. ये कीमत/परिशोधित कीमत औषध (कीमत नियंत्रण) आदेश , 1995 के पैरा 14 उप- पैरा ( 1 ) के तहत इस आदेश की तिथि के 15 दिन के अन्दर लागू होगी । औषध ( कीमत नियंत्रण ) आदेश , 1995 के पैरा 14 के उप - पैरा ( 3 ) के तहत कीमत सूची भी जारी की जाएगी । [पीएन/89/2006/ एनपीपीए/फा.सं. एफ-9( 5 )/2006/डीपी/एनपीपीए ]
