सा.का.नि. 692(अ) केन्द्रीय सरकार, कीटनाशी अधिनियम, 1968 ( 1968 का 46 ) की धारा 36 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, कीटनाशी नियम , 1971 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात : - 1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम कीटनाशी ( दूसरा संशोधन ) नियम , 2006 है ।
(2 ) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. कीटनाशी नियम, 1971 के नियम 45 में " भारत में वायुमार्ग द्वारा आयात किए गए कीटनाशियों की बाबत मद्रास , कलकत्ता, बम्बई, कोचीन और कांडला " शब्दों के स्थान पर " भारत में समुद्र मार्ग द्वारा आयात किए गए कीटनाशियों की बाबत- चैन्नई , कांडला, कोच्ची , कोलकाता , मुम्बई और तूतीकोरन ( इन्नोरं ) " शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।

NOTIFICATION

G.S.R. 692(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 36 of the Insecticides Act, 1968 (46 of 1968 ), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Insecticides Rules , 1971 , namely : ---
1. (1) These rules may be called the Insecticides (Second Amendment ) Rules , 2006.
(2) The shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In rule 45 of the Insecticides Rules , 1971 for the words " Madras , Calcutta , Bombay, Cochin and Kandla - in respect of insecticides imported by sea into India " , the words " Chennai , Kandla , Kochi , Kolkata, Mumbai and Tuticorin (Ennor) -in respect of insecticides imported by sea into India", shall be substituted .
