का.आ. 1915( अ ) राष्ट्रीय औषध मूल्य निर्धारण प्राधिकरण , भारत सरकार के रसायन और उर्वरक मंत्रालय द्वारा जारी का० आ० 637 (अ) तारीख 4 सितम्बर, 1997 के साथ पठित औषध (कीमत नियंत्रण ) आदेश , 1995 के पैरा 9 के उप पैरा (1 ) और (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , नीचे की सारणी के स्तंभ (5 ) मे विनिर्दिष्ट कीमत को उक्त सारणी के स्तंभ (3) और (4 ) में की क्रमशः तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टियों में विनिर्दिष्ट प्रबलता और पैक आकार सहित उस सारणी के स्तंभ (2) में की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट अनुसूचित विनिर्मितयों में से प्रत्येक की. उत्पाद शुल्क और स्थानीय कर, यदि कोई है, को छोड़कर अधिकतम कीमत के रूप में नियत करती है ।

नोट:

(क) ये कीमतें विनिर्दिष्ट पैक व समान प्रबलता के पैकों पर उत्पाद शुल्क और स्थानीय कर को छोड़कर अधिकतम कीमत के रुप में नियत की जाती हैं , और कम्पनी किसी छूट का दावा नहीं कर सकती, जब तक उसे छूट के लिये सरकार/ रा.औ.मू.नि.प्रा . से आदेश प्राप्त न हों ।

(ख) वह पैक जिसकी कम्पोजिशन समान है लेकिन आकार में अन्तर है, वह प्रो- राटा प्राइजिंग आदेश का. आ. 83(अ) दिनांक 27.1.1998 के तहत आयेगी ।

(घ ) इस आदेश में विनिर्मित पैकों की अधिकतम कीमत नियत होने के परिणाम स्वरुप , निम्नलिखित आदेश जो कि इस आदेश से पूर्व जारी हुए है , स्वतः ही निरस्त हो जायेंगें ।

In exercise of the powers , conferred by sub - paragraphs ( 1 ) and (2 ) of paragraph 9 of the Drugs ( Prices Control ) Order . 1995. read with No. S.O. 637 (E ) dated the 4th September . 1997 issued by the Government of India in the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers , the National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority , hereby fixes the prices as specified in column ( 5) of the table below as ceiling prices exclusive of excise duty and local tax, if any , of each of the Scheduled formulations specified in the corresponding entry in column (2) of the said Table with the strength and pack size specified respectively in the corresponding entries in columns ( 3 ) and (4) thereof:

8.0.1933 (1)-In exercise of the powers , conferred by sub- paragraphs ( 1 ) and (2 ) of paragraph 9 and paragraph 11 of the Drugs (Prices Control ) Order , 1995 , read with No. S.O. 637 (E ) dated the 4th September , 1997 issued by the Government of India in the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, the National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority , hereby fixes the prices as specified in column (5) of the table below as ceiling prices exclusive of excise duty and local tax , if any, of each of the Scheduled formulations specified in the corresponding entry in column (2) of the said Table with the strength and pack size specified respectively in the corresponding entries in columns (3 ) and (4) thereof:

(a) The prices fixed are the maximum ceiling prices ( exclusive of excise duty and local taxes if any) for the specified pack and packs of similar strength, and companies cannot claim exemption on any ground therefrom, unless specifically permitted by the Government /NPPA

through an order. Pro-rata pricing for packs of same composition but of different sizes will be applicable vide S.O. No. 83 (E ) dated 27.1.1998.

For different packing material used or any special feature claimed, companies are required to approach NPPA for approval/fixation of specific prices . (c)

का.आ. 1934( अ ).- राष्ट्रीय औषध मूल्य निर्धारण प्राधिकरण , भारत सरकार के रसायन और जंर्वरक मंत्रालय द्वारा जारी का० आ० 637 (अ) तारीख 4 सितम्बर , 1997 के साथ पठित औषध (कीमत नियंत्रण) आदेश, 1995 के पैरा 9 के उप पैरा (1 ) और (2) और पैरा 11 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, तथा भारत सरकार के रसायन और उर्वरक मंत्रालय (राष्ट्रीय औषध मूल्य निर्धारण प्राधिकरण ) के आदेश सं ० का ० आ ० 1064 (अ), तारीख ।। जुलाई, 2006 के आदेश में राष्ट्रीय औषध मूल्य निर्धारण प्राधिकरण विटामिन के के निम्नलिखिति फेक्टर को नोट के तहत क्रं. सं. (xxxii ) के बाद नियत करती है ।

(xxxiii) प्रत्येक 10 एमसीजी या उसके खण्ड के लिये विटामिन के के लिए 0.0024 रु. जोड़े या घटाये जा सकेंगे ।

In exercise of the powers , conferred by sub - paragraphs ( 1 ) and (2) of paragraph 9 and paragraph 11 of the Drugs (Prices Control ) Order , 1995 , read with No. S.O. 637 ( E ) dated the 4th September. 1997 issued by the Government of India in the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers and in partial modifications of the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, (National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority) No. S.O. 1064(E), dated 11th July. 2006. the National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority hereby fixes the following factor for Vitamin K after Sl . No. 32 under Note portion of the said order .

33 . For each 10mcg or part thereof of Vitamin K Rs.0.0024 shall be added/substracted . "
