G.S.R. 693(E).-In partial modification of this Ministry's Notification No. 139 dated April 1, 2006 , regarding Amendment of NCTE Rules , 1997-Revision of Fee For Appeals Preferred By Aggrieved Institutions under Section 18 of NCTE Act , 1993 , the File No. shown as "F. No. 26-6/2007 - EE - 10" may be read as " F. No. 26-6/2005- EE- 10" .

The other stipulations will remain unchanged.
