आ.अ. 109(अ).-लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 43 ) की धारा 22 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए निर्वाचन आयोग तारीख 23 मार्च, 2004 की अपनी अधिसूचना सं. 434/आ.प्र. /2004 ( 2 ) में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करता है, अर्थात्: -
O. N. 109 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - Section ( 1 ) of Section 22 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission of India hereby makes the following amendments in its NotificationNo. 434/AP/2004 (2 ) dated 23rd March, 2004, namely:--
In column (2) of the Table appended to the said Notification, for the existing entry against " 37 -Karimnagar Parliamentary Constituency " at:--
उक्त अधिसूचना से संलग्न सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) में क्रम सं. 37-करीमनगर संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के सामने विद्यमान प्रविष्टि केस्थान पर :-
(1) Serial No. 1: the entry " Project Director , DWMA, Karimnagar" ;
(i ) क्रम संख्या 1 पर " परियोजना निदेशक , डी.डब्ल्यू.एम. ए. करीमनगर";
(ii) Serial No. 4: the entry " Additional Project Coordinator, DPEP, Karimnagar" ; and ( ii ) क्रम संख्या 4 पर " अतिरिक्त परियोजना समन्वयक डी.पी.ई.पी. करीमनगर " ; और
(iii) Serial No. 5 : the entry " Special Deputy Collector, LA Unit, LMD Colony"
(iii ) क्रम संख्या 5 पर " विशेष उप- कलक्टर एल.ए. यूनिट , एल.एम.डी., कालोनी"
shall be substituted.
प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी ।
