सं. 5 /7/2005-के. से . 1.-सम्मिलित अनुभाग अधिकारी/आशुलिपिक (ग्रेड- ख/ग्रेड-I ) सीमित विभागीय प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा , 2005 के लिए नियम दिनांक 1 सितम्बर , 2006 के भारत के असाधारण राजपत्र में प्रकाशित किए गए थे ।
उपर्युक्त नियमों में आंशिक संशोधन करते हुए परीक्षा के नियम 8 ( i ) को उसके नीचे जोड़ी गई निम्नलिखित टिप्पणी के साथ पढ़ा जाए:-
"अनुभाग अधिकारी/आशुलिपिक ग्रेड परीक्षा में सहभागी सेवाओं की किसी भी श्रेणी में पहले की किसी परीक्षा के आधार पर अन्तिम रूप से चुने गए उम्मीदवार के नाम पर बाद की परीक्षा के आधार पर आयोग द्वारा सिफारिश के लिए विचार नहीं किया जाएगा" ।

NOTIFICATION

No. 5/7/2005-CS. L- The rules for a combined SO's/ Stenographer's (Grade B/Grade I) Limited Departmental Competitive Examination, 2005 were published in the Extraordinary Gazette of India dated 1-9-2006 .
Inpartial modification of the above mentioned rules , the Rule 8(i ) of the examination may be read with the following note added thereunder :-
"A candidate who has been finally selected on the basisofan earlier examination to any of the category ofservices participating in the SO's/ Steno's Grade Examination , will not be considered for recommendation by the Commission based on a subsequent examination" .
