का.आ. 1939(अ). जबकि केन्द्रीय मोटरयान अधिनियम , 1988 की धारा 110 की उप- धारा ( 3 ) ( अ ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियोंका प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार ने दिनांक 23-10-2006 की राजपत्र अधिसूचना संख्या का. आ. 1807 (अ ) के द्वारा मै. जे. एन. इन्वेस्टमेंट एण्ड ट्रेडिंग कम्पनी प्रा. लि. के नो ( 9 ) ट्रैक्टर - सेमी ट्रेलर समायोजनो के लिए कतिपय रियायत छूट प्रदान की थी ।
और जबकि उक्त अधिसूचना में आशिक संशोधन पर विचार करने के लिए मै. जे. एन. इन्वेस्टमेंट एण्ड ट्रेडिंग कम्पनी प्रा. लि. से एक अनुरोध पत्र प्राप्त हुआ है ।
और अनुरोध पर विचार करने के पश्चात्, सरकार दिनांक 23-10-2006 की राजपत्र अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 1807 ( अ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन के लिए अनुमोदन प्रदान करती है :-
अनुसूची की क्रम संख्या 5 में दी गई तालिका के स्तंम्भ 3 में निम्नलिखित भी दर्शाया जाए, " भार सहित स्थिति में कुल ऊंचाई 4950 एमएम"
दिनांक 23-10-2006 की उपर्युक्त अधिसूचना में अन्य सभी शर्तें/खण्ड अपरिवर्तित और लागू रहेंगी ।

CORRIGENDUM
New Delhi , the 10th November , 2006
S.O. 1939 (E ).-Whereas in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (3 ) ( a) of Section 110 of the Motor Vehicles Act , 1988 , the Central Government vide Gazette Notification No. S.O.1807(E) dated 23rd October , 2006 had allowed exemption in respect of length of nine Tractor - Semi Trailer combinations of M/s . J. N. Investment & Trading Co. Pvt. Ltd. And whereas a request has been received from M/s . J. N. Investment & Trading Co. Pvt. Ltd. for considering a partial modification in the above Gazette Notification .
And having considered the request , the Government hereby accords approval for the following amendmentto Gazette Notification No. S.O. 1807 (E) dated 23-10-2006:
In column three of the table of para 5 of the above said notification , the following may be inserted , " Overall height in ladencondition 4950 mm " .
All other conditions /clauses in the above said Notification dated 23-10-2006 shall remain unchanged and applicable .
