का.आ. 1943( अ) सूचना का अधिकार अधिनियम, 2005 ( 2005 का 22 ) के खण्ड 19 के उप - खण्ड ( 1 ) के अनुसरण तथा इस विभाग की दिनांक 12 अगस्त , 2005 की समसंख्यक अधिसूचना के अधिक्रमण में , श्री एन. एल. मीना , संयुक्त सचिव तथा विधायी परामर्शी को एतद्वारा तत्काल प्रभाव से उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनों के लिए अपीली अधिकारी के रूप में पदनामित किया जाता है ।

L. Meena, Joint Secretary & Legislative Counsel is hereby designated as the Appellate Officer for the purposes of the said Act with immediate effect.
