का.आ. 1960(अ).- केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 (1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 के खण्ड ( क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , अपरं जिला मजिस्ट्रेट , सोलन , हिमाचल प्रदेश को हिमाचल प्रदेश राज्य में नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग सं. 22 के 102.000 कि.मी. से 106.700 कि.मी. तक के भूखण्ड पर विद्यमान राजमार्ग का निर्माण (चौड़ा करने/चार लेन का बनाने आदि ) , अनुरक्षण , प्रबंध और प्रचालन के लिए उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन सक्षम प्राधिकारी के कृत्यों का पालन करने के लिए इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख़ से सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में प्राधिकृत करती है

(Department of Road Transport and Highways) NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 14th November, 2006
S.O. 1960 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby authorises the Additional District Magistrate , Solan , Himachal Pradesh , as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch ofland from km. 102.000 to km 106.700 of the National Highway No. 22 for building (widening /four -laning , etc. ) , maintenance , management and operation of the existing highway in the State of Himachal Pradesh as specified in the Schedule below:
