सा.का.नि. 700( अ ) महार्णत्तन न्यास अधिनियम , 1963 (1963का अधिनियम सं. 38 ) की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 6) और धारा 10 की उप- धारा ( 2 ) के साथ पठित उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त अधिकार प्रयुक्त करके तथा भारत सरकार के पोत परिवहन , सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय के पोत परिवहन विभाग के पत्तन स्कंध की दिनांक 18-09-2006 की राजपत्रित अधिसूचना सं.सा.का.नि. 569 (अ ) में एतद्वारा , निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है ।
2. उपर्युक्त अधिसूचना में, क्रम सं. 8 में उल्लिखित शब्दों, " सचिव, समन्वय और पत्तन विभाग , सचिवालय , तिरूवनंतपुरम" को " सचिव ( पत्तन ) , वन और वन्य जीवन , विभाग तथा खेल और युवा मामले विभाग का पूर्ण अतिरिक्त प्रभार , सचिवालय, तिरूवनंतपुरम" शब्दोंसे प्रतिस्थापित कर दिया जाए ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 14th November, 2006
G.S.R. 700 (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with sub-section (6) of Section 3 and sub -section (2) of Section 10 of the Major Port Trusts Act , 1963 (38 of1963), the Central Government hereby makes an amendment in the Gazette Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport and Highways , Department of Shipping , Ports Wing , No. G.S.R. 569(E) dated 18-09-2006.
2. In the said notification against serial number 8 for thewords "Secretary, Co-ordination and Ports Department, Secretariat, Thiruvananthapuram" the words " Secretary (Ports) , full additional charge of Forest and Wild Life, Sports and YouthAffairs Departments , Government Secretariat, Thiruvananthapuram" shall be substituted .
