निर्व्याज भारत सरकार आईडीबीआई विशेष प्रतिभूति , 2024 के बकाया स्टॉक के एक भाग का समयपूर्व शोधन
एफ. सं. 4 ( 16 )-डब्ल्यूएंडएम/2004- भारत सरकार सममूल्य पर " मांग विकल्प" का प्रयोग करते हुए एतद्वारा निर्व्याज भारत सरकार आईडीबीआई विशेष प्रतिभूति , 2024 (जिसे इसके बाद संक्षेप में " विशेष प्रतिभूति " के रूप में वर्णित किया गया है ) का समयपूर्व शोधन अधिसूचित करती है । इसकी व्यवस्था अधिसूचना एफ. सं. 4( 16 ) -डब्ल्यूएंडएम/2004 दिनांक 29 सितम्बर , 2004 में छह सौ सैंतीस करोड़ रुपए ( 637 करोड़ रुपए ) ( नॉमिनल ) की कुल राशिके लिए की गई है ।
2. समयपूर्व शोधन की तारीख
भारत सरकार द्वारा विशेष प्रतिभूति की समयपूर्व शोधन की तारीख इस अधिसूचना की तारीख यानी 15 नवम्बर , 2006 होगी ।
3. बकाया स्टॉक
विशेष प्रतिभूति का बकाया स्टॉक मांग विकल्प का प्रयोग करते हुए आठ हजार दो सौ उन्तीस करोड़ रुपए ( 8229 करोड़ रुपए) ( नॉमिनल ) होगा ।

Premature redemption of a part of outstanding stock of Non- interest bearing Government of India IDBI Special Security, 2024
F. No. 4 (16)-W& M/2004.-Government of India, hereby notifies premature redemption of Non - interest bearing Government of India IDBI Special Security , 2024 (hereinafter briefly described as "the Special Security") by exercising " call option " at par as stipulated in para 5(ii) of its Notification F. No. 4 ( 16)-W &M/2004 dated September 29, 2004, for an aggregate amount of Rupees Six hundred and thirty seven crore (Rs . 637 сrоге) [nominal] .
2. Date of Premature Redemption
The Date of premature redemption of the Special Security by the Government of India shall be the date of this notification, i.e. , November 15, 2006 .
3. Outstanding Stock
The outstanding stock of the Special Security shall be Rupees Eight thousand two hundred and twenty nine crore (Rs. 8229 crore) [ nominal ] after the exercise of call option...
