का.आ. 1963(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के पोत परिवहन , सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय ( सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग विभाग ) की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 1593 ( अ ) , तारीख 25 सितम्बर, 2006 जो भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भांग II , खण्ड 3 , उप- खण्ड ( ii ) में प्रकाशित की गई थी , में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
( i ) उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में , तालुक " भोगनीपुर " के सामने , गाँव " ( 3 ) डींग " के सामने , सर्वेक्षण संख्या " 314" के सामने , स्तम्भ 8 में , प्रविष्टि " 0.61 " के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि " 0.061 " रखी जाएगी ।
( ii ) अधिसूचना के हिंदी पाठ के प्रथम पैरा की सातवीं पंक्ति में " घोषणा की थी " के स्थान पर " घोषणा करती है " पढ़ा जाएगा।
कोई व्यक्ति, जो उक्त भूमि में हितबद्ध है , उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 ग कीउप - धारा ( 1 ) के अधीन मूल अधिसूचना में उल्लिखित प्रयोजन के लिए ऐसी भूमि के उपयोग पर राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से इक्कीस दिन के भीतर आक्षेप कर सकेगा।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 15th November , 2006
S.O. 1963 (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 3A of the National Highways Act,1956 (48 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping , Road Transport and Highways (Department of Road Transport and Highways ) , number S.O. 1593 ( E) , dated the 25th September 2006 , published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary , Part - II , Section -3 , Sub-section ( ii) , namely:-
In the Scheduleto the said notification , against Taluk " Bhognipur " against village " ( 3 ) Deeng " , against Survey number " 314 " , in column 8 , for the entry " 0.61 " , the entry " 0.061 " shall be substituted .
Any person interested in the land mentioned in this notification may , within twenty - one days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette , object to the use of such land for the purpose mentioned in principle notification under suh - section (1) of Section 3C of the said Act.
