का.आ. 1973( अ ) केन्द्रीय सरकार , अग्रिम संविदा (विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1952 ( 1952 का 74 ) की धारा 5 के अधीन राजकोट सीड्स ऑयल एंड बुलियन मर्चेन्ट्स एसोसिएशन लि. , रांजकोट द्वारा मान्यता के नवीकरण के लिए किए गए आवेदनं पर वायदा बाजार आयोग के परामर्श से विचार करके और यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि ऐसा करना व्यापार के हित में तथा लोकहित में भी होगा , एतद्वारा उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 6 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए उक्त एक्सचेंज को मूंगफली और इसका तेल तथा तेल की खली में अग्रिम संविदा के संबंध में 1-12-2006 से 31-11-2008 तक ( दोनों दिन शामिल ) तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए मान्यता प्रदान करते हैं ।
एतद्वारा मान्यता की मंजूरी इस शर्त के अध्यधीन दी गई है कि उक्त एक्सचेंज वायदा बाजार आयोग द्वारा समय - समय पर दिए जाने वाले निर्देशों का अनुपालन करेगी ।

NewDelhi , the 15th November , 2006
S.O. 1973 (E ) . The Central Government, having considered in consultation with the Forward Markets Commission , the application for renewal of recognition made under Section 5 of the Forward Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1952(74 of1952) , by the Rajkot Seeds oil and Bullion Merchants Association Ltd. , Rajkot and being satisfied that it would be in the interest of the trade and also in the public interest so to do , hereby grants , in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 6 of the said Act , recognition to the said Exchange for a further period of two years from 1-12-2006 to 30-11-2008 (both days inclusive) in respect of forward contracts in Groundnut , its oil and oilcake .
The recognition hereby granted is subject to the condition that the said Exchange shall comply with such directions , as may , from time to time, be given by the Forward Markets Commission .
