सा.का.नि. 703(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क अधिनियम , 1944 ( 1944 का 1 ) की धारा 5क की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है , भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. 4/2006- केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क , तारीख 1 मार्च , 2006 , भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण में प्रकाशित सं. सा.का.नि. 94 ( अ ) , तारीख 1 मार्च, 2006 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में , सारणी में, क्रम सं. 87 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित क्रम सं. और प्रविष्टियां अंतःस्थापित की जायेंगी : -

G.S.R. 703(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 5A of the Central Excise Act , 1944 ( 1 of 1944) , the Central Government , on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) , No. 4/2006- Central Excise , dated the 1st March , 2006, which was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary , vide number G.S.R. 94 (E) , dated the 1st March , 2006 , namely:--
In the said notification, in the Table , after S. No. 87 and the entries relating thereto , the following S. No. and entries relating thereto shall be inserted , namely :--
