है :- का.आ. 1994(अ) .-राष्ट्रपति द्वारा किया गया निम्नलिखित आदेश सर्वसाधारण की जानकारी के लिए प्रकाशित किया जाता
परिषद् निर्वाचन क्षेत्र परिसीमन ( उत्तर प्रदेश ) संशोधन आदेश , 2006.
राष्ट्रपति , लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1950 ( 1950 का 43 ) की धारा 12 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत निर्वाचन आयोग से परामर्श करने के पश्चात्, परिषद् निर्वाचन क्षेत्र परिसीमन ( उत्तर प्रदेश ) आदेश , 1951 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित आदेश करते हैं, अर्थात्: -
1. इस आदेश का संक्षिप्त नाम परिषद् निर्वाचन क्षेत्र परिसीमन ( उत्तर प्रदेश ) संशोधन आदेश , 2006 है ।
2. परिषद् निर्वाचन क्षेत्र परिसीमन ( उत्तर प्रदेश ) आदेश , 1951 में,
(क ) पैरा 2 की सारणी में, --
( i ) " स्नातक निर्वाचन क्षेत्र" शीर्षक के अधीन , स्तंभ 1 की मद 6 में , " कानपुर स्नातक " , प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर, "कानपुर मण्डल स्नातक " प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी ;
( ii ) " अध्यापक निर्वाचन क्षेत्र " शीर्षक के अधीन , स्तंभ 1 की मद 6 में, " कानपुर अध्यापक " , प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर, " कानपुर मण्डल अध्यापक " प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी ।
(ख ) पैरा 3 में " 1 जून , 1997 " अंकों और शब्दों के स्थान पर " 1 जून , 2006 " अंक और शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।

S.O. 1994 (E).-The following Order made by the President is published for general information
The Delimitation of Council Constituencies (Uttar Pradesh) Amendment Order, 2006
In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 12 of the Representation of the People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950) , the President, after consulting the Election Commission of India, is pleased to make the following Order further to amend the Delimitation of Council Constituencies (Uttar Pradesh) Order , 1951 , namely :-
1. This Order may be called the Delimitation of Council Constituencies ( Uttar Pradesh ) Amendment Order , 2006.
2. In the Delimitation of Council Constituencies ( Uttar Pradesh ) Order, 1951 ,-
(a) in paragraph 2 , in the Table , --
(i) under the heading "Graduates Constituencies " , in item 6, in column 1 , for the entry " Kanpur Graduates" , the entry " Kanpur Division Graduates " shall be substituted;
(ii ) under the heading "Teachers ' Constituencies " , in item 6 , in column 1 , for the entry "Kanpur Teachers ", the entry " Kanpur Division Teachers " shall be substituted.
(b) in paragraph 3 , for the figures , letters and words " 1st day of June , 1997 " , the figures , letters and words " Ist day of June , 2006 " shall be substituted .
