सं. इको 2 ( आर ) /2006-सीईआरसी तारीख 26 अक्तूबर, 2006 की पूर्व अधिसूचना सं. इको 2 /2006 - सीईआरसी में विनिर्दिष्ट दरों के अधिक्रमण में, वितरण अनुज्ञप्तिधारियों द्वारा ऊर्जा कीं उपाप्ति के लिए बोली प्रक्रिया द्वारा टैरिफ का अवधारण करने हेतु मार्गदर्शक सिद्धांत संबंधी ऊर्जा मंत्रालय की तारीख 19-1-2005 की समय- समय पर यथासंशोधित अधिसूचना के खंड 5.6 ( vi ) के अनुसरण में, केंद्रीय विद्युत विनियामक आयोग बोली मूल्यांकन तथा संदाय के प्रयोजन के लिए निम्नलिखित दरों को अधिसूचित करती हैं : -

No. Eco 2 (R)/2006-CERC.-In pursuance of Clause 5.6 ( vi ) of Ministry of Power (MOP) Notification dated 19-01-2005 (as amended from time to time ) on Guidelines for Determination of Tariff by Bididing Process for Procurement ofPower by Distribution Licensees , the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission notifies the following rates for the purpose of bid evaluation and payment, in suppression of the rates specified in the earlier Notification No. Eco 2/2006 GERC dated 26th October , 2006.
